Who We See

We accept referrals for patients of all ages — pediatric through adult — presenting with a range of psychiatric conditions, including:
We have particular experience working with veterans, first responders, and families seeking care together under one provider.

What We Offer Referred Patients

Your patients will have access to a full range of psychiatric services, including advanced treatment options.

SPRAVATO® (Esketamine) Nasal Spray

FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression and MDD with acute suicidal ideation or behavior. Administered and monitored in our clinic. Covered by many major insurance plans.

Psychotherapy

CBT, DBT, and ERP delivered by licensed clinicians, in-person or via telehealth. Therapy can be integrated with medication management or SPRAVATO® treatment.

Psychiatric Medication Management

Ongoing, collaborative prescribing with regular follow-up. We work alongside your existing care plan and communicate with referring providers as needed.

Genetic Testing (GeneSight®)

Pharmacogenomic testing to identify gene-drug interactions that may affect medication response. Useful for patients with a history of medication failures or significant side effects. Results typically returned within two weeks.

Why Providers Refer to Us

Family-centered care

We see multiple family members under the same provider — an uncommon model that improves continuity and reduces barriers for families navigating mental health together.

Advanced options for complex presentations

For patients who haven’t responded to first-line antidepressants, we offer SPRAVATO® — FDA-approved and insurance-covered — alongside GeneSight® testing to identify what prior medications may have worked against them.

Coordinated care

We maintain communication with referring providers throughout treatment. If your patient is already working with a therapist or prescriber, we coordinate rather than duplicate.

Specialized experience with veterans and first responders

Our team includes providers with military and VA case management backgrounds. We understand the clinical and social complexity this population presents.

Inclusive, accessible setting

Our clinic is LGBTQ+ affirming, transgender-safe, and wheelchair accessible. In-person appointments at our Everett location and telehealth sessions are both available.

Our Team

Our clinical team includes board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, and a master’s-level social worker with a background in veterans services and mental health court. Providers see patients in-person and via telehealth, and work collaboratively across disciplines within the practice.
