Holly Munn

Holly earned a Master of Social Work from Simmons University, an MBA from North Carolina State University, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Michigan State University. Her clinical training included practicums with Compass Health serving Northern Snohomish County and with the Center for Human Services, providing school-based mental health services in the Mukilteo School District.

Holly works with children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, OCD, low self-esteem, body image concerns, substance use, and life transitions. She has experience providing care in community, outpatient, and school-based mental health settings.

She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and play therapy techniques. Holly believes every client has unique strengths and works alongside them to build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of work, she is pursuing a Doctor of Social Work ( DSW) degree, enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
