Quick disclaimer, if my spelling is a little off, I’m typing this in the back of an Uber on the way home because I genuinely wanted to write this review while everything was still fresh in my mind.A couple months ago I left a review after working with this team remotely, but I just had my first in-person visit and honestly… I had to come back and leave another review.One thing I’ve learned is that some places are great online and disappointing in person. This place is not one of them.From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I met with Jana Robinson and she is seriously one of the realest people I’ve ever met. She has a way of making you feel comfortable almost immediately. Nothing felt rushed, awkward, or overly clinical. It just felt like talking to someone who genuinely cared.And I have to give a quick shoutout to the front desk employee. My phone was dying, and he actually took the time to find me a charger. It wasn’t some huge gesture, but those little things tell you a lot about a place and the people who work there.The biggest reason I’m writing this review is because of how much this team has helped me personally. There was a time when panic attacks were running my life. I was constantly worried something was wrong with me and felt like I was losing my mind. The people here never made me feel judged. They made me feel understood.Now Im just happy to be myself again.What really impressed me is that the experience has been just as good remotely as it is in person. That’s rare.I’m excited to watch this place grow because they absolutely deserve it. If you’re nervous about reaching out for help, whether it’s online or in person, this is the place I’d tell you to start.Thank you, Jana, and thank you to the front desk employee who saved my phone from dying on the ride home. Experiences like that are a big part of why this place stands out. 💜

I’ve been working with Dr Maryam Sajjad remotely and honestly she’s been amazing. Super easy to talk to, funny, and still very professional at the same time. It never feels awkward or forced, it just feels natural.What I really respect is she’s NOT one of those psychiatrists that just tries to throw meds at you right away. She actually listens, asks what’s going on in your life, and works with you instead of just telling you what to do. That alone makes a huge difference.There’s been times where I’m like… I don’t even feel like going to therapy, because just talking to her already puts me in a better headspace. She always checks in on what’s new with me and actually remembers things, which makes it feel real and not just like another appointment.I’ve dealt with other providers before and this is just different in the best way. I feel heard, understood, and not judged.Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who actually cares and doesn’t just treat you like another patient.

Jana and Maryam are dedicated providers that help with your mental health and more knowledge of all the different medications. I really enjoy working with them.
