- At Resilience Behavioral Health, you will get a clinician dedicated to finding the best medication regimen to fit your symptoms so you can live your best life! It is crucial that we include you in every step of the process. Our providers utilize a collaborative approach with patient, family, and outside providers. We also include holistic strategies and over the counter supplements to maximize treatment.

- Psychotherapy
- Psychotherapy can be included in the medication management appointment, but we also have an additional therapist on site to provide therapy to those who may not need medication or for those who need additional support. Therapy can also be combined with Spravato treatments to maximize benefit.

We may be able to help with this! We offer genetic testing to help determine which medications may be a better fit for you by partnering with Genesight. Genesight psychotropic testing analyzes how your genes may affect how your body breaks down and responds to certain medication. - We also offer Spravato (Esketamine) for treatment resistant depression. Spravato is used in conjuncton with an oral antidepressant for adults who have had an inadequate response to 2 or more oral antidepressants and in adults with major depressive disorder with acute suicidal thoughts or behaviors. Spravato is a self administered nasal spray that is given in the office with monitoring and therapy.
